                                                                  Wes Stephens - Pastor 

    Bro. Wes has served as the pastor of Jones Chapel Baptist Church for the last 10 years. He and his wife Elizabeth have been married 23 years. They have four children: Riley, Seth, Jon Micheal and Kyler. They have been foster parents for the past 9 years. 

    Bro Wes previously pastored Chesterville Calvary Baptist in Lee County and served as Student Minister at Harmony Baptist in Winston County. He surrendered to gospel ministry while a member of Becker Baptist Church in 2001. 

    Bro Wes holds a business degree from Mississippi State, and has completed Masters of Divinity and Doctorate of Ministry degrees from Mid-America Baptist Theological Seminary.

    The best ministry advice Bro. Wes remembers over the years is from Bro Jerry Lundy: “Keep preaching God’s Word and keep loving on people.”
